1. Be consistent about attendance, a program will only work if you are serious about it and show up on the designated days.
2. Bring a mat, towel, refillable water bottle and, if desired, a set of hand held weights.
3. The right attitude! Please be prepared to have a great time at camp meeting others with similar goals, but also be prepared to work hard!
4. Our participants are everywhere from the “new, never worked out before” person to the fittest athletes looking for a “push” forward; so the ability to slow jog for a short period of time is the only pre-requisite.
